Before your Massage

Your therapists should ask you if you have any injuries or pain that they should know about. Please understand that the therapists are not trained physicians and  cannot diagnose any problem. They may however, direct you to someone who can help you further.

During the Massage

We encourage you to communicate to your therapists about how the massage is going. For example, please let your therapist know if the pressure is sufficient. If you're not satisfied with the massage, you have the right to terminate the session at no cost. If  the therapists is  uncomfortable with the massage session, she could terminate the session and you are responsible for the full price of the appointment. Sexually inappropriate comments or contact will not  be tolerated.

When the Session is over

If you have enjoyed the massage, be sure to let your therapist know. It's helpful to the therapist to let them know what you liked and disliked. Therapists are self-employed or independent contractors and do not receive promotions or pay increase. If you are pleased with the massage, a TIP IS ALWAYS APPRECIATED.

Your Next Appointment

If you don't  have a particular therapist in mind, please be very clear about the type of massages you are looking for, i. e. firm, deep, or even sports massage. That way we can book your appointment appropriately.

If you feel you're going to be 10 or 15 minutes late, a phone call is always appreciated. If you're more than 15 minutes late, and the therapist has someone scheduled after you, you will be expected to pay for the hour even though your time may be shortened.

Be sure to tell your friends of your experience. A great massage is something to give as a gift or pass on the word. your friends and family will thank you, and so will our therapists.

Who We Are

 Bodycentre Redond Bch had been established formally on October 1997. It was part of the big chain of Massage Welness Centre throughout Southern California, with one mission " to give the aching public a very affordable massage". Maintenance and Expansion with high qualified certified Massage Therapists post a challenge to each site, making the place vulnerable for merging with big companies. In order not to lose the character of each site the then owner Katrina Hill Sanchez sold each site to her Manager or even courageous therapists to continue the mission. Last August 2004, Lea G Magsayo, a Nationally Certified Massage  therapist who works with the centre since 2000 bought the last site..Bodycentre Redondo Beach.
